Google Calendar, Meet and Tasks

Connect CRMSix to Google Workspace or a Gmail account: add Google Meet links to meetings, keep meetings and tasks in sync both ways, and bring in meetings you book with customers in Google Calendar.

Turn it on (admins)

In Settings → Google Calendar & Meet, turn Google on and choose what people can use:

  • Google Meet links on meetings;
  • Calendar sync both ways;
  • Import of customer meetings from Google Calendar;
  • Google Tasks sync.

The same page lists who has connected, and lets an admin disconnect someone.

Connect your account

  1. Open My Settings (your initials, top right) → Connected accounts.
  2. Choose Connect Google and sign in to Google. Allow the access it asks for.
  3. Choose which features to use for yourself. You can disconnect at any time.

Google Meet

On a new meeting, choose + Google Meet. A Meet link is created and sent with the invitation.

Calendar sync

  • Meetings you create in CRMSix appear in your Google Calendar.
  • Changes made in Google, a new time or place, or a cancellation, come back to CRMSix.
  • With import on, meetings in your Google Calendar with your customers’ contacts are brought into CRMSix, on the right records.

Google Tasks

  • Your CRMSix tasks appear in a CRMSix list in Google Tasks. Completing or changing them in Google updates CRMSix.
  • Tasks you add to that list in Google come into CRMSix as personal tasks. Use Link to a record to attach one to a case, lead or opportunity.

Where a task or meeting came from

Each task and meeting shows its Source: CRMSix, Google Calendar or Google Tasks.
