No prerequisites: take the certifications in any order. Hands-on time in a CRMSix organization or sandbox is the best preparation. The Technical Architect exam is scenario-based and assumes the knowledge of the other three; holding them is recommended, not required.

Frequently asked

Do I need to be a CRMSix customer?

No. Anyone can study the guides and take the practice quizzes. For hands-on practice you’ll need access to a CRMSix organization; ask us for a demo organization if you don’t have one.

Which certification should I take first?

Administrator covers the everyday setup the others build on. Developers who only connect systems can go straight to Integration Developer. Technical Architect is the most advanced: take it once you’re comfortable with the other three.

How do I book an exam?

What happens when CRMSix changes?

The exam guides follow the Help Center. When a release changes something an exam covers, the guide and the questions are updated, and certified people take a short free update module to keep their credential current.
