Who counts as a user?

Anyone who signs in to CRMSix to work cases, chats, leads or deals. Customers who submit forms, chat with you or read your help center are free.

Do support agents and sales reps need different licences?

No. Every seat includes both the service and the sales side of CRMSix. You control what each person sees with profiles and team-based sharing.

What do AI assistants cost?

CRMSix charges nothing for AI. Assistants such as Claude connect through the Model Context Protocol and sign in as the user, so they see only what that user can see. Your assistant's own subscription is billed by its provider.

Is single sign-on extra?

No. Sign-in through Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google or any OpenID Connect provider is included from Starter upward.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect straight away and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter, Professional and Enterprise each come with a 14-day free trial for up to 10 users, with no card required. When it ends, choose a plan to keep going; nothing is charged before you do.
